For more than 10 years David has worked in the IT sector (actual software development, customer services and project management) enabling enterprise customers to realize the full benefit from their IT investments. Some of these projects/solutions include enterprise business process management, document management and overall business process analysis consulting. He is also a PRINCE2 certified Project management professional and is completing an MBA centered around the role of innovation in ensuring firm survival.
