PROJECT MANAGER, DURST ORGANIZATION
Adam Rosenberg has extensive experience focusing on the residential real estate sector. Most recently, Adam has worked in various roles with the Durst Organization, a family run real estate developer based in New York City. Currently serving as Project Manager for the Transactions department, Adam is involved with the sourcing and acquisition of large scale development sites.
PACIFIC NORTHWEST REGIONAL EXECUTIVE, CLARK CONSTRUCTION
Brett's early involvement with Cycle Connect began during his days at Bucknell University where Cycle Connect was founded. Brett is the Pacific Northwest Regional Executive at Clark Construction, where he has proven as a leader in emerging project delivery methods such as Design-Build and Public Private Partnerships. He is also involved in the Bucknell University Alumni Association Western Region Cabinet and ongoing support of the National Kidney Foundation.
CHARLES KREITLER, CHAIR OF THE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
SALES EXECUTIVE, IBM SOFTWARE GROUP
Charles serves on the Cycle Connect board as Chair of the Development Committee. He is a Smarter Commerce Sales Executive with IBM Software Group providing industry cloud solutions to IBM’s largest integrated financial services clients. Charles specializes in software sales, account management and strategic planning with clients to grow market share, increase IT operational efficiency, improve security, and minimize operational risk.

Muyambi is the Founder of Cycle Connect. He is a native of Uganda and holds a dual degree in Civil Engineering (B.S.E.) and Economics (B.A.). from Bucknell University. Muyambi successfully secured seed funding for Cycle Connect from Clinton Global Initiative University (CGIU) and presented the organization on stage at CGI in 2008. Muyambi continues to share his passion for development on numerous stages including conferences, institutions, high schools, universities.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, WAYPOINT RESIDENTIAL
Ed Robinson holds over twenty-five years of combined professional experience in fundraising/business development, relationship management, private philanthropy, executive search/coaching and public policy. His experience spans both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. In his current position, Ed works at Waypoint Residential, a real estate investment manager that specializes in apartment properties, where he works on business development for the portfolio.
ERICK DAVIS, CHAIR OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE

Erickson Davis is the Chair of the Finance Committee on the Cycle Connect board. His current title is the Head of European Equities at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. Erick was the prior CEO of Autonomous Research, an independent research firm specializing in the financial services sector and fintech, which was sold to Alliance Bernstein in 2019. He joined Autonomous Research as a Partner in 2012 and served in various capacities in senior management before his appointment as CEO in 2017. During his tenure, he managed global heads of research, sales, and trading across European, U.S., and Asian businesses. He led the firm's push into fintech and successfully managed the implementation of its MiFID II strategy.

Jerry is a partner at Gibson Dunn. He is a member of the Corporate Transactions Practice Group and concentrates his practice on transactional matters in the energy industry, advising clients on domestic and international M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and energy and infrastructure development projects.
MANAGING DIRECTOR, EARTHENABLE
Kathryn has been on the Cycle Connect board since 2018. She has previously worked at Cycle Connect as our Chief Operating Officer. She is currently the Managing Director of EarthEnable Uganda. EarthEnable provides affordable earthen flooring to create a healthy and sanitary home. Katy's work has scaled EarthEnable though multiple districts in Uganda and is driving them towards profitability.

Molly’s journey with Cycle Connect began in 2008 where Cycle Connect was founded as a student club at Bucknell University. Molly has led Cycle Connect from a start-up to a fully operational and scalable enterprise. She has taken the company from distributing 200 loans annually in 2014 to nearly 1,500 loans in 2018. Molly has more than doubled Cycle Connect’s funding in recent years and is preparing Cycle Connect for rapid growth and scaling. She is a graduate of Unreasonable East Africa accelerator and was awarded National Geographic Traveler of the Year for her work with Cycle Connect.
WILLIAM MORROW, BOARD CHAIR

Bill Morrow has served as the Chair of the Cycle Connect board since 2016. He is the principal of Christchurch Capital Advisors Ltd, providing advisory services to start-up private equity firms, and corporate finance advice to corporate clients. He has 36 years of experience in corporate finance and banking, development finance and private equity. Bill is currently a Trustee of Bucknell University where he holds the position of Vice Chairman.
